Hainan West Ring High-speed Railway is a high-speed railway in Hainan Province, China. It is a part of the national high-speed railway network and connects Haikou, the provincial capital, with Sanya, the southernmost city in the province. The railway is about 200 kilometers long and has a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It is expected to reduce the travel time between Haikou and Sanya from the current four hours to one hour. The railway is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
