The National Museum of Natural Science is a national museum located in Taichung, Taiwan. It was established in 1986 and is the first museum in Taiwan to focus on natural science. The museum is divided into four main sections: the Life Science Hall, the Earth Science Hall, the Human Cultures Hall, and the Special Exhibition Hall. The Life Science Hall covers topics such as plants, animals, and ecology. The Earth Science Hall covers topics such as geology, paleontology, and meteorology. The Human Cultures Hall covers topics such as anthropology, archaeology, and ethnology. The Special Exhibition Hall hosts temporary exhibitions on various topics. The museum also has a library, a planetarium, and a 3D theater.
